Marco has been in services roles for the past 15 years and is currently leading service operations for GE Healthcare in Europe. His ambition is to make service a simple process for over 1,400 technicians, so that they can be productive and focus all their energies on the Customer experience. Prior to GE Healthcare, Marco held various roles in the automotive industry where he specialized in improving occupants safety and contributed to large-scale adoption of airbag systems. He holds a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico Di Torino and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
